Microneedling creates thousands of micro-channels in the skin. Your body treats them as micro-injuries and kicks off the wound-healing cascade — new collagen, new elastin, new blood vessels. Over weeks and months, skin firms, texture smooths, pores tighten, and scars remodel.
Add PRP or PRF (your own platelet-rich plasma/fibrin) and the healing signal amplifies — concentrated growth factors drive a more robust collagen response. Add PDGF (pure platelet-derived growth factor) for an even more concentrated, predictable dose. Add Rejuran (salmon-derived polynucleotides) for deep hydration and barrier repair.
Microneedling works best as a series of 3-6 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart. Collagen keeps building for 3-6 months after the final treatment.

What's the difference between standard microneedling and microneedling with PRP/PRF?
