Do lip fillers hurt?
Most lip fillers contain lidocaine for ongoing comfort. We also apply topical numbing cream before treatment. The injection itself is brief; most clients describe it as mild pressure with minimal discomfort. Lip dental block is available for clients with extra sensitivity.
How long is the recovery from lip filler?
Plan for swelling for 2-5 days (peak at day 2-3). Some bruising is possible. Final result settles by day 14. Can lip filler dissolve? Yes — hyaluronic acid lip fillers are reversible with hyaluronidase if the result isn't what you wanted.
