At Skinsation LA, our injectors plan dermal fillers the same way a good tailor plans a suit — to the specific face in front of them, not a checklist. We use premium HA dermal fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, RHA) exclusively — not permanent fillers, not off-brand imports. If the result isn't what we planned, HA fillers dissolve. That safety net is non-negotiable, and it's why we don't offer fillers we can't reverse.

Dermal Filler Questions
How long do dermal fillers last?
Depending on the type of filler and treatment area, results typically last 6-18 months. Lip fillers generally last 6-12 months, while cheek and jawline fillers can last 12-18 months.
Are dermal fillers safe?
Yes. Hyaluronic acid fillers are FDA-approved and have an excellent safety profile. At Skinsation LA, all filler treatments are performed by licensed, trained providers.
What is the difference between Botox and fillers?
Botox relaxes muscles to reduce dynamic wrinkles. Fillers add volume to restore fullness and smooth static lines. Many clients benefit from both — Botox for the expression muscles, filler for the structural volume loss underneath.
Do fillers hurt?
Most fillers contain lidocaine for comfort. We also apply topical numbing cream before treatment. Most clients describe the sensation as mild pressure with minimal discomfort.
Can filler be dissolved?
Yes. Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if needed. This is one of the key safety advantages of HA-based fillers — and why we prefer HA fillers over permanent alternatives.
What's the difference between Facial Balancing and single-area filler?
Single-area filler treats one zone (lips, cheeks, etc.) in one visit. Facial Balancing is a planned multi-area approach — typically 4-6 syringes addressing structural volume loss across the whole face, usually across 1-2 sessions. Priced as a package ($2,150) rather than per-area.
How much does lip filler cost in Los Angeles?
In Los Angeles, lip filler prices typically range $600–$900 for 0.5 ml and $700–$1,400 for 1 ml. At Skinsation LA, our lip filler is $450 for ½ syringe and $700 for a full syringe.
