The Program

GLP-1 weight loss, done right

Semaglutide and tirzepatide (the GLP-1 medications behind Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound) work — they change how your body regulates hunger, satiety, and blood sugar. When they don't work is when they're dispensed without medical supervision, nutrition support, or plans for when you stop.

Our program is different. $850/month covers the medication, monthly check-ins with our medical team, dose titration based on tolerance and results, and coaching on the lifestyle changes that sustain results after the medication phase.

Most clients see 15-22% body weight reduction over 12-18 months. We titrate conservatively to minimize side effects and build the habit foundation that keeps weight off after you taper.

Good candidates
  • BMI 30+ or BMI 27+ with weight-related conditions
  • Clients who've plateaued on diet and exercise alone
  • Sustainable, medically-supervised weight loss
  • Pairing medication with lifestyle coaching
  • Type 2 diabetes or prediabetes management

FAQ

Weight Loss Program Questions

What medications does the program use?

We work with FDA-approved GLP-1 medications: semaglutide (same molecule as Ozempic/Wegovy) and tirzepatide (same molecule as Mounjaro/Zepbound). Both work by slowing gastric emptying, reducing appetite, and regulating blood sugar — leading to sustained, gradual weight loss when paired with lifestyle changes.

Am I a candidate?

Adults with BMI 27+ with weight-related health concerns, OR BMI 30+. Also candidates: clients who have plateaued on diet/exercise alone. Not candidates: pregnancy, personal/family history of medullary thyroid cancer, MEN2 syndrome, active pancreatitis, or severe GI disease.

What's the monthly cost?

The Skinsation program is $850/month, which includes the medication, monthly check-ins, dosage adjustments, and support. This is a medically-supervised program — not just medication dispensing.

What are the side effects?

Most common: nausea, especially in the first few weeks and after dose increases. Constipation, fatigue, and mild GI symptoms also possible. Side effects typically resolve as your body adjusts. Your provider will titrate the dose based on tolerance.

How did Kim Kardashian lose 16 lb in 3 weeks?

She lost 16 pounds in 3 weeks to fit into her vintage Met Gala gown. How did Kardashian lose weight? She says she cut carbs and ate “just the cleanest veggies and protein.” She also ran on a treadmill and wore a sauna suit twice a day.

How much is a 30 day supply of semaglutide?

The price range for a 30-day supply of semaglutide GLP-1 typically falls between $850 to $1,000 or higher, depending on the prescribed dosage; however, certain insurance plans offer coverage for semaglutide GLP-1, leading to substantial reductions in out-of-pocket expenses for patients.

Why are older people quitting GLP-1?

But many eventually stop — often because of high costs, insurance challenges or uncomfortable side effects. And recent research published in JAMA Network Open suggests older adults are more likely than their younger peers to discontinue these popular medications.

How much is semaglutide in California?

Without insurance, brand-name Semaglutide costs between $1,000 and 2,000 per month.
