Are you fond of automobiles? If yes, then you will surely enjoy your time at the Nethercutt Collection, located at 15151 Bledsoe St, Sylmar, CA 91342, United States. It is an automobile museum, established in 1974. When it was just starting, it only had one car, but as years went by, it grew bigger until such time it reached over 260 cars. These are restored and functional cars consisting of exotic and antique cars like Bentley, Austin-Healey, Ferrari, Bugatti, and Rolls-Royce, to name a few. Aside from vehicles, there’s also a complete collection of mechanical musical instruments, like the third largest and mighty Wurlitzer theatre pipe organ in the world and antique furniture.
The Nethercutt Collection hosts many events, such as the following:

The lower salon section
Your visit to the Nethercutt Collection starts at the lower salon. From there, you will see around 25 displayed cars and other attractive pieces like crystal figurines, music boxes, dolls, and coins, to name a few.
The grand salon
The real highlight is the grand salon, which consists of marble columns with crystal chandeliers and a painted ceiling. Everything is beautiful and stunning. It is also where you get to see the best collections of vehicles from the 1910s to the 1930s. The Minerva, Maybachs, Cadillacs, and Duesenbergs are among the vehicles that will pique your interest.
Know Before You Go
• The museum has two buildings; one with a total of 50 cars and the other with musical instruments and art pieces. The other building has around 120 cars, including the 1937 train outside of the building, and visitors can have a tour of that train twice a day. The first tour starts at 12:30 pm and the second is at 3:45 pm.
• The museum is open every Thursday through Saturday but closes on major holidays.
• The museum is only accessible by guided tours.
• During rainy days, tours of the trains are not available. Should you wish to experience touring the train, make sure you visit when the weather is favourable.
• Check the calendar for scheduled organ concerts.
• Admission to the museum is free.
• Food and drinks are not allowed, other than bottled water.
• The museum can be accessed by guests with disabilities, but the train collection is off-limits.
• The museum is just about 48 kilometres from Los Angeles. You can travel by car and take Roxford Street to Bradley Avenue. The entrance to the museum is on the right.
• Parking is free.
