Universal City Walk Hollywood, Los Angeles, CA

You can pass through the Universal CityWalk Hollywood when visiting the Universal Studios Hollywood theme park. It is located at 100 Universal City Plaza, Universal City, CA 91608, United States. It is a three-block promenade, an ideal spot for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Orlando, Florida has its own Universal CityWalk too, and if you’ve been to it, you will notice that the LA version is less tropical and more of a classic Hollywood vibe.

Location and parking


The Universal CityWalk Hollywood is at the entrance of the Universal Studio theme park. The parking space is at the same place as the theme parking. However, there’s a parking fee and it varies depending on the time of parking. For general parking (before 5 PM), the parking fee is $28. General parking (5 PM onwards), parking fee is $10. There’s a charging station for electric vehicles, of course, with a corresponding fee. Valet parking is also available.


Plenty of restaurants and dining spaces

 
There are plenty of dining options to soothe your palate. Some restaurants serve signature dishes from California while others serve intercontinental dishes, from quick bites to sit-down restaurants. Some of the dining destinations include Cinnabon, Blaze Pizza, Ben & Jerry’s, Subway, Starbucks, Jamba, KFC Express, Menchies, Pizza Hut Express, Taco Bell, and The Habit Burger Grill, to name a few.

There are plenty of entertainment areas for visitors of all ages. Some of the must-try entertainment zones are the following:


Universal Cinema

Watching movies at Universal Studios is something beyond comparison. The laser projection, power-reclining seats, and Dolby Atmos multidimensional sound deliver a fully immersive movie experience. A $5 movie parking fee is a must, but if you already have a parking ticket, you should bring it with you when you buy a movie ticket and the movie parking fee will be reimbursed.

iFly

Do you want to experience skydiving but are afraid of heights? If so, then visit iFly. You will don a flight suit, step into a wind chamber, lift your feet off the ground, and float.

5 Towers Stage

On some occasions, there are free concerts at 5 Towers Stage. Check out the 5 Towers Stage to catch some live performances for free.

Zen Zone

If you are tired of exploring the theme park, you can have some sort of relaxation at the Zen Zone. There's an oxygen bar, chair massage, foot massage, and aqua massage beds.
Shopping – CityWalk has stores where you can shop for souvenir items, apparel, and other items that might catch your attention and that you would want to give to your loved ones back home.


Tips

•	Restaurants close early, in fact, earlier than the park’s closing time. Should you want to dine at one of the restaurants at CityWalk, you need to make it earlier.
•	Do not hesitate to ask if your pass offers any discounts.
•	When visiting with a large group, make sure you make reservations.
•	On special occasions, restaurants give special discounts and promos, especially during Halloween and Christmas.
