PRF EZ Gel is platelet-rich fibrin from your own blood — processed into a gel-form natural filler that injects like a dermal filler. It holds volume on placement while releasing growth factors over 7-10 days, so you get both the immediate look AND the regenerative healing. The most popular use: under-eye tear trough.
The big win is under eyes. The tear-trough area has notoriously tricky anatomy — traditional HA filler risks migration, Tyndall effect (blue tinge), and a puffy look if misplaced. What is PRF EZ Gel?
PRF EZ Gel is platelet-rich fibrin from your blood processed into a gel-like consistency that can be injected the way dermal filler is. Unlike standard PRF (which is liquid), EZ Gel holds volume on placement — so it can replace or complement HA filler in sensitive areas.
How is it different from regular PRP/PRF?
Regular PRP/PRF is liquid and distributes diffusely for tissue regeneration. EZ Gel is thicker — it acts like a natural, temporary filler while also releasing growth factors over 7-10 days. You get both the visible volume AND the regenerative response.
How is it different from HA filler?
EZ Gel is made from your own blood — no foreign substances. Lasts shorter (3-4 months vs 6-18 for HA filler) but doesn't have filler-related risks like migration, Tyndall effect (blue tint under-eye), or granulomas. Often the safer first choice for under-eyes.
How long does it last?
Volume effect: 3-4 months. Regenerative effect: longer, building for 3-6 months after treatment. Many clients build a foundation with EZ Gel for 2-3 sessions, then maintain with occasional refills.
What areas does EZ Gel treat?
