At Skinsation LA, we strive to provide the best experience for our clients. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for all, please review our policies on cancellations, bookings, consultations, referrals, and birthday rewards before your visit.

Booking:

When you book, there will be a $100 deposit that will go towards your treatment. If you fail to put down the security deposit, your appointment will be canceled. All deposits are non-refundable. If an emergency comes up and you have to reschedule with a 24 hour notice, you have 6 months to use the credits towards any treatment. 

 

Consultation:
Consultation fee is $100. You will get a full face consultation and the fee will go towards the treatment. You’ll have 6 months to use it.

 

Refunds:

At Skinsation LA, we are committed to providing exceptional aesthetic treatments and services. Due to the nature of our services, all deposits, packages, and payments are non-refundable. 

 

Referral points:
Refer us to a friend, and receive
$30. Make sure your friend states your name at checkout otherwise you won’t receive points

 

Birthdays:
$30 birthday giftcard must be used within your birthday month!
